Our LED CIPP system consists of the introduction of a new pipe, made of ASTM F1216-compliant polyethylene liners impregnated with a low-odor styrene-free vinyl ester resin, inside the existing one in long sections.

This system is usually carried out by inserting the resin-impregnated liner with an inversion drum. After the liner is stabilized with a calibration tube, an LED-equipped line is inserted to cure the liner.

After reopening the lateral, we provide a post CCTV-inspection to ensure proper installation of the liner.
